OnTrac CEO Mike Duffy is leaving to become CEO of Rentokil Initial PLC. Mike Brown will succeed him. OnTrac, positioning itself as an alternative to FedEx and UPS, had a record year in parcel volumes. Brown, currently CFO, will lead the company into its next chapter of growth and expansion.

During Duffy’s tenure, OnTrac integrated with LaserShip, reaching over 75% of U.S. online shoppers. The carrier operates in 35 states and D.C. with plans to establish a coast-to-coast network. A new Express delivery product is set to be launched this year with partner ClearJet, offering faster service than ground transportation.
