RelaDyne has acquired Dennis Oil Company, expanding its presence in the U.S. Midwest and strengthening its position in commercial and industrial lubricants. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Dennis Oil, established in 1940 in Springfield, Missouri, supplies engine oils, DEF, hydraulic oils, and grease to various industries in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

The acquisition enhances RelaDyne’s presence in key Midwest markets and complements its service and distribution network. CEO Eric Royse noted Dennis Oil’s customer relationships and service reputation as key factors in the acquisition. Dennis Oil President Jeff Dennis stated that joining RelaDyne would allow for expanded product offerings and service capabilities, benefiting existing and new customers.

RelaDyne, founded in 2010, now operates over 190 locations in North America. Chief Strategy Officer David Schumacher highlighted the alignment of the Dennis Oil deal with RelaDyne’s focus on investing in the “Heartland of America” and expanding in commercial and industrial markets. The transaction reflects ongoing consolidation in the lubricants and fuel distribution sector, emphasizing the importance of scale, logistics, and service breadth.
