Bilt has expanded its credit card rewards program to include homeowners for mortgage payments. Three new cards offer varying fees, benefits, and rewards rates, with an introductory 10% APR for new purchases. Options to earn points on rent and mortgage payments now include transaction fees or using Bilt Cash.

With Bilt 2.0, cardholders can choose between “max points” with a 3% transaction fee or “no transaction fee” to earn Bilt Points on rent and mortgage payments. Bilt Cash can be used to cover fees or earn points, impacting rewards on housing payments. Everyday spending can earn 4% Bilt Cash with any Bilt 2.0 card.

The Bilt Blue Card offers no annual fee and 4% Bilt Cash, while the Bilt Obsidian Card has a $95 annual fee and additional benefits like 3x points on dining or groceries. The premium Palladium Card includes airport lounge access, hotel credits, and $200 Bilt Cash annually. Existing Wells Fargo Bilt Mastercard holders must transition to a new Bilt 2.0 card by Feb. 6.
