ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott joined a roundtable with President Trump. ServiceNow topped Q4 estimates with earnings per share of 92 cents and revenue of $3.57 billion. The company forecasts subscription revenues between $3.65 billion and $3.66 billion for Q1 and $15.53 billion to $15.57 billion for fiscal 2026.

ServiceNow acquired AI company Moveworks to boost AI and security capabilities. The company’s spending has raised concerns about growth strategy. ServiceNow insists acquisitions are to accelerate organic growth, not pivot away from it. Subscription revenues rose 21% to $3.47 billion in Q4 and 21% to $12.88 billion for fiscal 2025.
