Soybean prices are up 5 to 6 cents on Tuesday, with the national average cash bean price at $9.98 3/4. Soymeal futures are holding steady, while soy oil futures are 55 to 60 points higher. Brazil’s soybean exports in January are estimated at 3.23 MMT, down from last week’s estimate but still higher than last year’s shipments. EU soybean imports from July to January are at 7.06 MMT, lower than the same period last year. Soybean futures for March, May, and July are all up between 5 1/4 and 5 3/4 cents.
