BitMine Immersion Technologies added 32,977 ETH valued at $104 million in the final week of 2025, bringing total holdings to more than 4.14 million ETH, worth over $13 billion, representing 3.4% of circulating supply. Chairman Tom Lee stated BitMine as the largest buyer of ETH globally.

Lee predicts Ethereum reaching $250,000 and BitMine (BMNR) shares hitting $5,000 based on ETH price. The firm seeks to increase authorized share count to 50 billion for future splits. Shareholders are urged to vote yes. Other proposals include electing directors and implementing compensation plans.

BitMine’s shares are up 4% at $32.49, rising nearly 15% in the last five days. The company is the largest Ethereum treasury firm and the second-largest publicly traded crypto treasury after Strategy, holding $13 billion in ETH, $915 million in cash, and 192 Bitcoin valued at $18 million.
