United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (UAL) reported a fourth-quarter profit of $1.044 billion, or $3.19 per share, up from $985 million, or $2.95 per share, last year. Excluding items, adjusted earnings were $1.014 billion or $3.10 per share. Revenue for the period increased by 4.8% to $15.397 billion from $14.695 billion the previous year. United Airlines Holdings, Inc. had a strong financial performance in the fourth quarter, with significant growth in both earnings and revenue compared to the same period last year.
