Xeinadin has acquired Grunberg to expand its presence in London, UK. Grunberg, based in Colindale, has been in business for over 35 years and employs over 80 people, serving both UK and international clients. The acquisition aims to deepen Xeinadin’s advisory capabilities and maintain client relationships and culture.

Grunberg managing partner Robert Bean expressed excitement about the partnership, stating it will provide the backing needed for growth. Xeinadin expects the nine partners from Grunberg to stay on board, ensuring continuity for clients. CEO Derry Crowley emphasized the importance of expert and personal advice for businesses in the capital.

Xeinadin’s acquisition of Grunberg follows a similar move in October when they acquired Cooper Dawn Jerrom (CDJ) in west London. CDJ offers financial services like audit, accountancy, and tax advisory. This expansion solidifies Xeinadin’s footprint in London and enhances its ability to support businesses with a wide range of services.
