The S&P 500 has seen many companies report their 2025 Q4 results, with NVIDIA being the only one left from the Magnificent Seven. AMD, a peer to NVIDIA, has already delivered its results, showing positive numbers but facing pressure post-earnings.
AMD’s Q4 revenue hit a record $10.3 billion, with Data Center revenue reaching an all-time high of $5.4 billion. Expectations for AMD’s upcoming release (2026 Q1) suggest a 32% YoY growth rate, with sales estimates revised higher over recent months.
NVIDIA is set to report its earnings on Feb. 25th, with stable and bullish EPS and sales revisions since mid-November. For the Data Center, a key metric, the Zacks Consensus estimate stands at $58.7 billion, reflecting a 65% YoY growth rate.
Both AMD and NVIDIA offer great options for AI exposure, with NVIDIA leading the pair due to its CUDA software platform. AMD remains strong but trails NVIDIA in market penetration. NVIDIA is currently ranked as a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy), while AMD holds a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
