The Board of Trustees of Bancroft Fund Ltd. declared a $0.35 per share cash distribution, a 10% increase from the previous amount, payable on March 24, 2026. The Fund aims to provide an annual distribution of 5% of the Fund’s trailing 12-month average month-end market price or meet the minimum distribution requirement of the Internal Revenue Code. The distribution may include long-term capital gains or qualified dividend income.
