Werner Enterprises reported a cost-burdened fourth quarter, missing estimates even after adjusting for nonrecurring items. The fourth-quarter net loss was $27.8 million, or 46 cents per share, with $44.2 million in restructuring charges. Revenue of $738 million was 2% lower y/y, and total TL revenue was down 3% with an adjusted operating ratio of 97.2%. One-way average trucks were down 10%, while dedicated revenue increased by 1% y/y. Werner issued guidance for revenue per total mile to be flat to up 3% y/y in one-way and down 1% to up 2% y/y in dedicated for full-year 2026.
