First Majestic Silver Corp. (AG) saw a surge on Friday, rising 11.18% to close at $27.55 per share, following a 22% price target upgrade by an investment firm. HC Wainwright raised its target to $30, citing the company’s return to profitability, with net income hitting $211 million.
The silver producer reported total revenues more than doubling to $1.257 billion in 2025, with a 47% increase in average realized silver prices. Fourth-quarter net income reached $105.2 million, reversing a $13.5 million loss the previous year. Revenues surged by 169% year-on-year to $463.9 million.
In light of its strong financial performance, First Majestic Silver Corp. announced a dividend distribution of $0.0083 per common share, payable on March 16, 2026. By June 2026, dividends will increase to a 2% equivalent of its net quarterly revenues.
