The Utilities sector is the best performing, down just 0.4%, with Duke Energy Corp and Consolidated Edison Inc leading with gains of 0.9% and 0.5%. The Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLU) is down 0.4% but up 11.07% year-to-date, with DUK and ED making up 10.3% of XLU.

The Technology & Communications sector is next, down 0.4%, with Adobe Inc and Broadcom Inc up 14.6% and 3.5%. The Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) is up 0.3% and 18.42% year-to-date, with ADBE and AVGO comprising 7.7% of XLK.

S&P 500 sectors are all down on Friday, with Utilities and Technology & Communications leading with losses of 0.4%. Healthcare and Financial sectors are down 0.6%, while Industrial and Energy sectors are down 1.4%.
