The job market is weakening, with wages failing to keep up with inflation, leading many to question the value of a college degree. However, there are still high-paying jobs available that don’t require a four-year diploma, known as “new-collar jobs.”

Some of these high-paying jobs include marketing manager, human resources manager, sales manager, computer network architect, general and operations manager, information security analyst, sales engineer, health service manager, art director, and construction manager.

These positions offer competitive salaries, ranging from $106,980 to $161,030 annually, and often require work experience, certifications, or specific skills rather than a traditional four-year degree. While some fields may typically require a bachelor’s degree, it’s possible to enter these roles through alternative paths such as certifications or in-the-field training.
