For Q1 2026, Itron expects revenue between $565-$575 million and non-GAAP diluted EPS between $1.20-$1.30. Full year 2026 outlook includes revenue between $2.35-$2.45 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS between $5.75-$6.25. The acquisition of Locusview, Ltd. was completed for $525 million in January 2026.
