Amber Grid has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 2, 2026, to approve a decision to provide humanitarian aid to entities in Ukraine. Shareholders must register by 9:45 a.m. on the day of the meeting. The Company plans to offer humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian energy sector using assets valued at 7,404.64 EUR. The shareholders have the right to propose additional agenda items or resolutions before the meeting on February 16, 2026.
