Kaldalón hf. has successfully sold a new green bond series, KALD 100240 GB, totaling ISK 3,000 million with a yield of 3.90%. The CPI-indexed bonds have a 14-year term, 30-year amortisation schedule, and a fixed annual interest rate of 3.90%. Landsbankinn managed the issuance, with a scheduled payment and settlement date of February 10, 2026. The bonds, issued under a ISK 40,000 million programme, will be traded on Nasdaq Iceland.
