Trane Technologies plc (TT) has announced its acquisition of LiquidStack, a liquid cooling technology provider for data centers. The deal is expected to enhance Trane Technologies’ data center thermal management solutions and scale LiquidStack’s technology globally. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. LiquidStack will operate within Trane Technologies Americas segment, with co-founder and CEO Joe Capes joining Trane Technologies in a leadership role. TT shares were trading at $459.18 in pre-market activity on the NYSE.
