The Direxion Daily TSLA Bull 2X Shares saw the biggest increase in units outstanding, adding 21,550,000 units or a 6.4% increase compared to a week ago. Tesla, one of the largest components of the ETF, was trading up by 1.4% in the morning.

The OVB ETF had the largest percentage increase in inflows, adding 620,000 units for a 38.4% increase in outstanding units.
