The stock market saw gains as the week came to a close. The S&P 500 was up 0.8%, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.5%. The Dow fell 0.8%, with UnitedHealth dragging it down by 843 points. All 11 major S&P 500 sectors were up, but health care and tech only saw slight increases.
