Taiwan Shares May Take Further Damage On Tuesday

Global markets are down due to trade war concerns, with the Dow, NASDAQ, and S&P 500 all posting significant declines. President Trump’s trade talks and China’s threats of retaliation add to the negative sentiment. Crude oil prices dropped on reports of progress in U.S.-Iran negotiations. Taiwan will release export order and unemployment data for March. In February, export orders surged 31.1% and the jobless rate was 3.35%.
