Gridora, operating under Modon Holding, will accelerate project delivery in the UAE and internationally. The platform aims to generate financial returns while meeting infrastructure demands at various levels.
Gridora will have two key business lines: Infrastructure Projects and Infrastructure Investments. This structure aims to drive returns and address the growing need for infrastructure development. The platform plans to add value across the infrastructure lifecycle, creating revenue streams and long-term investment opportunities.
Modon Holding CEO Bill O’Regan stated that Gridora aligns with the mission to develop smart cities and expedite critical projects. IHC CEO Syed Basar Shueb emphasized the platform’s potential to drive economic growth and deepen private sector involvement.
