VINCI Group reports 4% revenue growth in Q1 2025, with strong performance across all segments.

VINCI Group reported a 4% increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2025, reaching €16.3 billion. Strong performance across all three business segments, with Concessions up 8%, Energy Services up 6%, and Construction stable at a high level. Record order book at €72.0 billion, providing good visibility for future business.
In the Concessions segment, revenue increased by 8.2% to €2.5 billion, driven by VINCI Autoroutes (+3.8%) and VINCI Airports (+11.9%). Traffic growth in both sectors contributed to the positive results, with VINCI Airports welcoming nearly 73 million passengers in Q1 2025, a 6% increase from the previous year.
Services à l’énergie saw a 5.8% revenue increase to €6.6 billion, driven by international activities. VINCI Energies revenue grew by 4.9% and Cobra IS by 8.5%. Strong performance in Europe, Poland, Brazil, and Germany contributed to the positive results.
In Construction, revenue reached €7.3 billion, a slight increase of 0.6%. International revenue grew by 2.1%, with contributions from recent acquisitions in the UK and North America. Despite challenges in the French market, the order book increased by 9% to €36.8 billion.
The Group’s net financial debt stood at €21.3 billion as of March 31, 2025, with significant liquidity of €11.8 billion in managed net cash. VINCI maintains its 2025 outlook, expecting continued revenue growth and results improvement, with a focus on renewable energy projects and operational efficiency.
Noteworthy acquisitions include VINCI Highways taking over the BR-040 highway in Brazil and VINCI Energies acquiring eleven new companies in Q1 2025. These strategic moves strengthen the Group’s presence in key markets and contribute to revenue growth.
