Stellantis fair value estimate revised due to US import tariffs uncertainty, but company is undervalued.

Morningstar Equity Research has updated Stellantis’ fair value estimate to EUR 14 amid US import tariff uncertainty. Tariff scenarios could reduce fair value by mid-single digits to high-teen percentages. Despite a decline in fair value and increased uncertainty rating, Stellantis is trading at a deep discount. Sales decline and increased investment spending are expected in response to share losses and tariffs.
