North Korean hackers set up shell companies to scam crypto developers

A subgroup of the North Korea-linked hacker organization Lazarus established three shell companies, including BlockNovas, Angeloper Agency, and SoftGlide in the US to distribute malware through fake job interviews. The malware strains being used include BeaverTail, InvisibleFerret, and Otter Cookie, targeting sensitive information like crypto wallet keys. (50 words)
Silent Push analysts revealed that hackers are using AI-generated images to create fake profiles for employees of the front crypto companies.
