The Services sector is next, only down 0.3%, with Charter Communications Inc (CHTR) and Caesars Entertainment Inc (CZR) leading, up 10.6% and 3.9% respectively. iShares U.S. Consumer Services ETF (IYC) tracks Services stocks, up 0.5% midday and down 7.58% YTD. CHTR is up 8.20% YTD, while CZR is down 15.56%.
