HELP University in Malaysia has partnered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) to enhance educational opportunities for accounting students. The collaboration aims to align academic offerings with professional standards, offer specialised training, and explore joint certifications and bursaries for high-performing students.
The agreement includes recognising ISCA qualifications within HELP University’s Bachelor in Accounting programme, developing a Level Zero Programme, and introducing the ISCA Accountify Subscription Package. Discussions are ongoing to establish HELP University as an ISCA recognised learning organisation and an overseas examination centre in Malaysia.
In March 2025, ISCA launched the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification Career Mobility Programme (CMP) to create cross-border work opportunities and foster cross-cultural learning. The CMP is set to begin with a pilot in Vietnam and expand to other countries by the second quarter of 2025.
ISCA, the national accountancy body of Singapore, boasts more than 39,000 members across over 40 countries and is supported by 12 overseas chapters in ten countries. The partnership between HELP University and ISCA aims to provide a comprehensive platform for accounting students to excel in their careers.
