Warren Buffett’s success is evident in his diversified holding company, Berkshire Hathaway, with an equity portfolio exceeding $267 billion and a cash reserve of $334.20 billion. With a focus on long-term value investing, Buffett picks companies with strong economic moats and undervalued assets, not favoring diversification. Despite a strong market performance in 2024, Buffett took a cautious approach due to high interest rates and economic conditions, selling off stakes in overvalued companies. In the fourth quarter, his portfolio was worth $267 billion, with his top ten holdings accounting for nearly 90% of it.

The Kraft Heinz Company (NASDAQ:KHC) is among Warren Buffett’s top portfolio holdings, maintaining its position in the fourth quarter. The company, with a portion of Buffett’s portfolio at 3.74%, has been adapting omnichannel strategies and leveraging AI to improve supply chain efficiency. Despite a 4.1% year-over-year dip in revenue in the fourth quarter, Kraft Heinz has been paying down debt and increasing operating cash flow. Year-to-date, the stock has lost 3.35% of its value, trading at $29.68 on April 24. While KHC ranks 8th on the list of best stocks to buy according to Buffett, some AI stocks may hold greater promise for higher returns within a shorter timeframe.
