BP awards EPCI contract to Subsea Integration Alliance for Trinidad offshore project, valued at $150m-$300m

BP has awarded an EPCI contract to Subsea Integration Alliance (SIA) for the Ginger project offshore Trinidad and Tobago, under a global framework agreement. The contract, deemed “substantial” by Subsea7, falls between $150m and $300m. The project aims for first gas in 2026, with Subsea7 providing key infrastructure. SLB OneSubsea will deliver subsea trees and a pressure protection system. The project is located off Trinidad’s coast at 90m depths, with operations starting next year. Subsea Integration Alliance CEO is excited for the collaboration, aiming to deliver long-term value and cost efficiency. Subsea7 was also recently awarded a contract for the Northern Lights phase two project in Norway.
