Alimentation Couche-Tard (ATD.TO) has signed a non-disclosure agreement with Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd. (SVNDF.PK, SVNDY.PK) to advance transaction negotiations and engage with regulatory authorities. CEO Alex Miller is optimistic about the discussions but notes there is no guarantee of a finalized deal. Seven & i Holdings Co. confirms the agreement with Couche-Tard, including a “standstill” provision. Both companies are working collaboratively towards a potential transaction.
