Technology & Communications stocks are leading the market, with Microsoft (MSFT) and Arista Networks (ANET) up 8.7% and 7.6% respectively. The Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) is up 2.3% today, while Constellation Energy (CEG) and Vistra Corp (VST) are leading the Utilities sector with gains of 8.2% and 6.3%.
