The stock market saw a downturn in the afternoon despite the S&P 500 still rising, with health care stocks underperforming. The Dow was up 150 points or 0.4%, after an initial rise of 400 points. The S&P 500 was up 0.9% and the Nasdaq Composite was up 1.8%, a decrease from its earlier 2.5% rise.
