In connection with acquiring Uplift Health Technologies, Inc., four employees were granted restricted stock units covering 215,028 shares of Teladoc Health’s common stock. An additional new non-executive employee received an award of restricted stock units covering 52,300 shares. The awards were approved by the Compensation Committee and granted under the 2023 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan.
