Wall Street indices closed the week strong, with the Nasdaq up 1.51%, S&P 500 up 1.47%, and Dow Jones up 1.39%. Despite market optimism, 10 companies saw declines due to poor Q1 earnings. Golar LNG Limited (GLNG) dropped 6.84% on Friday after an eight-day winning streak, with profit-taking cited as the reason.

GLNG expects $13.7 billion from two 20-year charter agreements for its FLNG vessels. Southern Energy can shorten the charters to 12 or 15 years.
