Anne Templeman-Jones has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Paladin Energy Ltd. She brings a wealth of experience from her career in finance, corporate, and private banking roles, including positions with ANZ Bank and Westpac. Ms Templeman-Jones has served on various Boards, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Worley Limited. She will take on a leadership role on the Paladin Energy Board as Chair Elect of the Audit and Risk Committee. Shareholders will vote on her appointment at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
