Geely Auto to introduce new energy vehicles in Poland

Geely Auto has teamed up with Jameel Motors to introduce its new energy vehicles (NEVs) in Poland, marking the company’s entry into the Polish market. Polish customers can expect the Geely EX5 electric SUV and a plug-in hybrid vehicle from the C-SUV segment. The NEVs are built on the GEA platform known for safety and design innovation.

Jameel Motors’ CEO, Jasmmine Wong, highlighted the partnership’s aim to offer Polish drivers more options in green mobility. Geely Auto, operating in over 80 countries, sold 2.17 million vehicles in 2024. The company focuses on innovation, boasting over 30,000 engineers and launching the ‘Intelligent Vehicle AI’ system.

Geely Auto’s International VP, Moe Wong, sees the partnership as a strategic move to elevate Poland’s automotive industry with high-quality, intelligent, and sustainable vehicles. The company’s expansion into the Vietnamese market with the Coolray SUV aligns with its broader Southeast Asia strategy. Geely Auto is committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the automotive sector.
