CyberArk Delivers Solid Revenue Beat, EPS Misses

CyberArk Software (NASDAQ:CYBR) saw a 43% revenue increase in Q1, hitting $318 million, but missed earnings per share estimates, causing a 1% stock dip. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) rose to $1.215 billion, with subscriptions making up $1.028 billion. Q2 revenue is expected to be $312-318 million with EPS of $0.74-$0.81, in line with expectations.

The company projects full-year 2025 revenue to be between $1.313 billion and $1.323 billion, with year-end ARR expected to reach $1.410 billion to $1.420 billion, showing a 21% annual growth. Net new ARR in the quarter reached $46 million, reflecting strong customer expansion and retention. Subscriptions now account for 85% of the total ARR, highlighting a successful shift to a subscription-first model.
