Cisco Systems Inc. reported third-quarter earnings that exceeded expectations, with a bottom line of $2.491 billion or $0.62 per share, up from $1.886 billion or $0.46 per share last year. Adjusted earnings were $3.831 billion or $0.96 per share, beating analysts’ estimates of $0.92 per share. Revenue increased by 11.4% to $14.149 billion compared to $12.702 billion last year. Next quarter’s EPS guidance is $0.96 – $0.98, with revenue guidance of $14.5 – $14.7 billion. Full-year EPS guidance is $3.77 – $3.79, with revenue guidance of $56.5 – $56.7 billion.
