In early trading, Cisco Systems leads the Nasdaq 100 with a 4.8% increase, totaling an 8.4% gain year to date. On the flip side, PDD Holdings is the worst performer, down 3.2% but still showing an 18.7% gain for the year.

Other movers include The Trade Desk, down 2.9%, and Xcel Energy, up 1.9%.
