Private equity firm Thoma Bravo sold 43M shares of Nasdaq (NDAQ) in unregistered block trades on May 7 and May 13, totaling $3.4B. JPMorgan Chase (JPM) assisted in the sale, representing around 7.4% of Nasdaq’s stake. The divestment was confirmed by sources familiar with the matter.
