Enbridge Inc. (NYSE:ENB) is selling a 12.5% stake in its Westcoast natural gas pipeline to an Indigenous-owned partnership for C$715 million ($511.19 million). The pipeline stretches 1,802 miles, has a capacity of 3.6 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day, and is expected to close the transaction by the end of the second quarter of 2025. This deal marks Enbridge’s fourth equity agreement with Indigenous groups as part of its reconciliation program.
