Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. reported first-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings per share of 3 cents, down from 11 cents a year ago. Revenues for the quarter reached $92 million, up 21% from a year ago, driven by the Commercial segment and Defense segment growth. The company is facing challenges due to global macroeconomic uncertainty. Gilat’s shares plunged 10.3% in trading to $5.99 on May 19, 2025. The company has restructured into three primary divisions: Gilat Defense, Gilat Commercial, and Gilat Peru.
