Kering Eyewear and Google collaborating to create stylish AI-powered smart glasses

Kering Eyewear, a subsidiary of luxury brand Kering, partners with Google to create AI-powered smart glasses. The goal is to blend high-end design with Google’s XR technology for a stylish, intuitive user experience. These glasses will offer AI-based functions for smart interactions and contextual awareness. Google also teams up with Warby Parker to develop AI-enabled glasses for all-day wear, expected to launch after 2025. Google pledges up to $75m to support Warby Parker’s development efforts. Both partnerships aim to redefine how users interact with the real and virtual worlds through stylish, AI-enhanced eyewear.
