Beyond Oil Ltd. successfully closed a brokered private placement, raising C$10,641,615.60 to support global expansion. The Offering, led by Clal Insurance Company Ltd. and an Israeli investment fund, included 3,042,200 units at C$3.498 per unit. CEO Jonathan Or expressed excitement at securing backing from Clal, a major institutional investor. Proceeds will be used for product distribution and expansion. Beyond Oil also paid C$224,641.56 in cash compensation. The Company is committed to an uplisting to a senior exchange within six months.
