Sable Offshore Corp. (SOC) has priced its underwritten public offering of 8.70 million shares of common stock at $29.50 per share, with gross proceeds expected to be around $256.5 million. The size of the offering was increased from $200.0 million, with an option for underwriters to purchase an additional 1.30 million shares. Net proceeds will be used for capital expenditures, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The offering is set to close on May 23, 2025, pending customary closing conditions.
