The deal aims to combine businesses specializing in electronic gases like helium and isotopically enriched gases, with Renergen’s Virginia Gas Project boasting helium concentrations ten times the global average.

The merger between ASP Isotopes Inc. and Renergen Limited is expected to result in a vertically and horizontally integrated supply chain, reducing isotope enrichment costs by 96%. The transaction has garnered support from over 35% of Renergen shareholders, with a projected $300 million EBITDA by 2030.

Paul Mann, Chairman and CEO of ASP Isotopes Inc., views the proposed acquisition as a strategic move to create a company of significant value in the critical materials sector. Both companies are crucial in the supply chain for various industries, with isotopes and helium being recognized as strategically important materials by Western governments.
