Zoom raises revenue forecast for fiscal 2026 due to strong demand and AI integration

Zoom Communications has raised its annual revenue forecast due to the integration of artificial intelligence into its products. The company added agentic AI Companion capabilities and AI updates across its platform in March. CFO Michelle Chang noted strong demand in the first quarter, with no losses despite increased caution among larger U.S. customers. The company now expects fiscal 2026 revenue to be between $4.80 billion and $4.81 billion, surpassing analyst expectations. Zoom’s annual adjusted profit per share is forecasted to be between $5.56 and $5.59, higher than previous estimates. Revenue for the first quarter ended April 30 was $1.17 billion, meeting expectations. Senior director Jeremy Goldman believes Zoom has a new story to tell with its enhanced AI capabilities.
