Tom Erik Foss-Jacobsen has been named the new CEO of Borregaard ASA, succeeding Per A. Sørlie after his 26-year tenure. Foss-Jacobsen, currently EVP of BioSolutions, has over 25 years of experience at Borregaard. He will assume the role on August 1, 2025. Sørlie, who has been with Borregaard for 35 years, will retire at the end of September 2025. Foss-Jacobsen’s appointment is seen as a strategic move to continue driving sustainable growth and value creation for the company. The Board will grant him stock options in accordance with the company’s remuneration policy.
