Copart (NASDAQ:CPRT) shares dropped over 11% today after reporting fiscal Q3 results that met earnings expectations but missed on revenue. The company posted EPS of $0.42, revenue of $1.21 billion, up 7.5% YoY, with net income at $406.6 million. Service revenues rose 9.3%, but vehicle sales fell 2.1%.

For the first nine months of fiscal 2025, Copart saw revenue of $3.52 billion, up 11.2% YoY, and net income of $1.16 billion, up 11.1%. Despite solid underlying business momentum, the Q3 revenue miss has dampened investor sentiment in the short term.
