Vermilion Energy (VET) sells Saskatchewan and Manitoba assets for $415M to strengthen balance sheet. Assets produce 10,500 boe/d, forecast to generate $110M annual net operating income. Deal includes $250M future abandonment liabilities. Transaction expected to close in Q3, pending regulatory approvals. Company anticipates 2025 production between 120,000 to 125,000 boe/d.
